On average? And what keeps you motivated? What type of workouts do you prefer?
I've been trying to keep up on working out, some weeks are better than others. I rotate between videos and the treadmill. I don't work out as much as I would like to, but it's a big step up from the past. I'm looking forward to summer when I can take my workouts outside!
especially during the week when it's the only child-free time I get that day!
