I'd like to lose 5 lbs to get to my ideal weight. I'm 5'4" and 131 now but no tone or muscle. So maybe not so much lose as just gain muscle? =\ My only source of exercise is walking to/from work every day - about 3 miles - but no weight or strength training. Been putting it off but DD is 1 and I really have no excuse. Sigh.

@mrs. bird: Right now, I have 1 pair of pre-preg jeans, 1 pair of pre-preg slacks, and 2 pair of maternity khakis (for work) that fit. I am going to go shopping later on, but money's tight right now. Blouses are fine, and I have a few skirts with stretchy waist bands that fit. I purged a lot of clothes this past weekend. When I lose another 5-10 pounds, I'll be solidly down to a 16 and will pick up a few cheap items then.

I only need to lose five more pounds to get back to my normal weight. Unfortunately that won't fix my new figure issues. Sigh!
