LO has a pretty good toy collection - she received a good amount of hand-me-downs and whenever there's a sale somewhere, either me or my parents will pick up a little something for her Right now her favorite toy is the Fisher Price "Ballcano" - she LOVES that thing so much.

We have a bunch that we were given. C seems to like her soft toys and her floor mirror best. We have 2 of those big Lamaze carseat toys, a peacock and a robot, and she LOVES them. She also loves anything that lights up or makes noise.

We didn't buy many toys for LO, but now that she's almost 3 months old, sometimes I wonder if she's engaged enough. I just bought her a Bumbo-like chair with toys on a tray since she loves sitting up, but she's too small to reach the toys. Since it'll take a few weeks before she can use it, I'm planning on buying something little in the meantime.

So far, this has been the first time I've bought her a toy since she was born. She's only ever gotten stuffed animals from friends and family, so I feel like I need some catching up to do in that department. She does have a couple Lamaze toys and the baby gym that I bought a long time ago that she kind of plays with.

Every couple of months, we'll buy a new toy. But we've found that there are so many things around the house that she likes to "play" with (like remotes and pots), so we let her entertain herself with those for now.
