My DH works late 4/5 days right now. Thank goodness for overtime. I work late once a week or so. Late for me is 3pm though.

DH puts in a lot of OT but that's because he goes in at 330... I'm a nurse so I get stuck at work when it's crazy... like now!

My husband works on call so there's never a set time he should be home. The nice thing is that he legally can't be on a train for more than 12 hours. The bad thing is that his 12 hours can be up when they're 2 hours away from their home terminal so they still have to ride back in a van. I'd say that happens once a week or so other wise he's usually home anywhere from 3-12 hrs after going to work.

DH is a student but he does have two classes that are in the evenings. I used to work until 6 or 7 (sometimes even 8pm) at least twice a week but I haven't done that a single time since I got back from maternity leave. I could care less. I just want to get home to my little monster!

Maybe once a week for me. DH gets caught late at work all the time, on average 3 times out of a 5 day work week?

I am about to start a new job but I normally work more than a 40 hour week, so I assume that counts as overtime. I don't get paid for overtime. DH works extremely long hours 7 a.m. till midnight/1 a.m/2 p.m. On Tuesday, he actually did an all nighter. He doesn't get overtime, we are both salaried with corporate jobs.

DH never works late, I wish he could get some overtime sometimes though.

Rarely - only when there's a deadline coming up and we're way behind.

DH does at least 2 times a week. Yesterday he put in a 12 hour day. I won't. Because we work together, our company knows that one of us will have to pick up LO, and normally I get to set my own schedule. If I am asked to work until 7, DH will get off earlier, but that hasn't come up yet.

I am a student so I sometimes stay at the library until 9pm to finish projects. Luckily it is my last semester so there are fewer projects. At my job, I NEVER stay late. I barely have enough work to keep me occupied while I'm there, so staying late never has to happen.

I usually never do. DH does most nights. It is rare if he is home by 6 or 630

My one day a week onsite usually trends to run late. My husband usually only runs late about once a month. Luckily we are in the same field, so if there is anything we both understand, it is that animals don't play by the rules of the clock!

DH has to get to work at 7:30am and if there are games he has to work until 11pm! He does not get overtime, but will get days off. I'd rather him take overtime.
sometimes I have to stay an hour or two later at work but that is rare.

Up until recently we never had to work late. DH got promoted, and we work together..so when he works late I do too. We've come in early twice this week and stayed late once!

I never work late. Ever. I work 6pm-6am... they don't pay me enough (and they would have to pay me for the overtime.) Mr Hedgie on the other hand has been having to work late the past few months because they are severely understaffed and severely busy. They are trying to hire more people though so we will see how that works out! I miss my husband!

I never work late, and DH sometimes works late. He even sometimes goes in for a couple hours on his days off.

I never do now, I have to leave by 4:30 to pick up LO. If I have work to finish I do it at night or on the weekends. DH works late 1-2 days a week.
