First time was around 20. I've never been drunk though. And I wasnt really impressed with it, which is why I dont drink now. Parents werent drinkers either

12?! A boy in the 6th grade had a bunch of us over and his parents ween't home. His older brother was supposed to watch him but he took off somewhere. They had a bunch those tiny bottles and he opened a few so we could smell and taste it. I think I licked the Kalua. Everyone just thought it was super gross, no one had more than a sip.

Tried it? Probably 10.. I was a bad child and was drinking a lot and fairly often at 14-15.

I was 15, and it was either grape vodka or vodka and grape juice. Actually, I think it was that Pucker stuff. Blech!

i was 19 and it was right before i went to italy to study abroad. my BFF from college said that i had to drink with her before i went, so we made an italian feast and drank a bottle of wine.
but i guess before that, my dad gave me sips of his budweisers.... still can't drink them.

Probably when I was 3 or 4. My parents raised me in the European tradition in which they were raised - alcohol (wine) was never off-limits.

@Coco Bee: I think I may have gotten around to telling my mom a couple of years ago maybe? So after a safe period of 15+ years had gone by. Man, I loved that sitter LOL. She actually had her reasons for taking me to the bar. It was New Years and I wanted to go to a party with a total deadbeat who probably would have driven drunk etc. So it was the lesser of two evils I guess.

I never tried it when I was underage, it just didn't appeal to me. I studied abroad at age 20 (I think? maybe 19) and drank some in Europe, but it wasn't illegal. Didn't drink here until after I was 21.
