hmm guess i'll answer my own question too... we were 25 when purchased, and if we sell it in the next few months, it will be just shy of 3 years.

We closed 3 days before my 34th bday. DH bought the condo when he was 27. We still own the condo and are renting it out. Plan to be in the house 5-10 years.

We're closing in a few weeks and I'll be 37. Much older than I thought, but I am okay with it now because I've gotten to live abroad.
This is by no means our forever home, I don't believe in that concept. I have too much wanderlust.
