According to the social security figures, top 50! But we haven't met any little ones with his name yet.

For her birth year, apparently it was number 50 on ssa database. She doesn't have any friends with the same name. I've only met one other Sadie, and she's less than a year!

N's name was ranked like 88th in his birth year.
E's name was ranked 217th in his birth year.

DD is >1000 and DS is 384th. I haven't met kids with either name.

Where we currently live, neither name is very popular. When I told my Ob what we named DD, he was surprised and said it was a name for older women. You hear a variation of my son's name from time to time, but it doesn't seem to be very common.

Not popular at all! I know of two others with the name it have never met another H.

There's a couple girl names that would be nicknamed to his that are climbing the charts though. Hopefully he doesn't have to be _____ V. because girls in his class go by a nickname that is his first name! Time will tell!

Evan was in the mid-40s the year he was born but we've never met another child (we do know some adults, though, and I think maybe one of my coworkers has an Evan, but not one I interact with much).

DD's likely name was #21 last year, and I have a friend from HS who has a daughter with the name (but we're just FB friends now). It's a very classic, traditional name though, so I'm not concerned.

DS's name is top 5 now. We decided on it many years ago and didn't let its climb in popularity deter us from using it. My DH has a very, very common name and it's never bothered him. My name is uncommon and often misspelled/mispronounced and it always bothered me, so I wanted to pick something familiar and easy to spell and pronounce. I do worry that DS will be bugged by his common name someday, but so far he hasn't had another in his classes, though I know there's at least one other one in his daycare.
