My friend just had an ultrasound done and they were able to tell her the baby's gender. She is only 15 weeks!! Is that possible? I'm going on 15 weeks on Thursday and will get an ultrasound done on Saturday. Can I find out if the baby is positioned right?

We had an elective scan at 15 weeks. I think if its a boy they can tell pretty easily. I'm having a girl and they guessed girl but had me come back at 17 weeks to recheck.

As long as baby is in a good position it's definitely possible at 15 weeks!
I found out with my first girl at 16 weeks via u/s to check my placenta for previa.
Found out officially that this one is a girl at 17 weeks because she was sitting crossed legged and butt down for like 3 weeks! She had a girl nub though, so I kind of knew since 12 weeks. -
I found out at 16 weeks with LO1 and 15 weeks with LO2. Both are girls and both times there was no question about it.

We found out at 16w4d with our second, but they wouldn't say for certain...they said "I think it's a girl" and "90% chance it's a girl". They wouldn't give me for sure sure until after the anatomy scan.

16 weeks for #1. With #2 we thought we knew at 14 weeks buuuut it turned out to be wrong! We found out at our next appointment around 17 weeks.

Elective ultrasound with both babies at 15 weeks. First was a boy and this one is a girl - with each the 15 week was confirmed at the anatomy scan.

Oh boy! I hope I have luck with this one. With my 1 LO we didn't find out until like 20 something weeks!!!! She did not wanted to open up her legs lol so I was at the point to wait until birth but husband insisted. I knew it was a girl since week 8. I kept dreaming about a girl and every ultrasound I kept telling them it's a girl I just know it's a girl. And once we found out the Dr said you were right all this time
