DH is busy with a project at work but I think he may be busier than he needs to be wallowing in the stress of the project. He is consumed with project ideas and thoughts of deadlines. I can see it on his face all the time. I've been there too myself with projects. I know from both sides it isn't fun for the person involved or their partner.

I'm trying to encourage healthy habits (sleeping, eating well, exercise, minimal drinking). He's recently recommitted to that.

What else can I do to lessen the impact of this work stress? What do you do when the stress of a project starts taking over your or SO's life?
