My 10 week old is a great night sleeper (one 5-7 hour stretch and two 3-4 hour stretches) but his naps are always only 45 minutes long, so he ends up taking 5 naps a day, with just over an hour of awake time between naps.

Anyone have any tips on getting him to nap longer? I'd love to get him down to 2-3 longer naps a day. Right now, as soon as he gets fussy I swaddle him and after a few minutes of rocking him he falls right to sleep and I put him down in his pack 'n' play.
