I've been overweight ever since I moved in with DH 7yrs ago, and tipped into the obese category between my pregnancies.

I didn't gain any weight when I was pregnant with S and I have lost 14lb and dropped two dress sizes since having her. But my tummy is still big - read: I look 5 months pregnant. It's like I'm losing weight everywhere except there.

I still have 10lb ish to lose until I'm happy with my weight, but I know that this will come off all over.... Is there any way to target the tum area? Any specific exercises I can do to shrink it down?
