@MrsTiz: Do you have a wireless headset? It could be set so that it doesn't ring loudly and wake a sleeping baby.

i think it depends on the baby. Pierson is really laid back so taking him to your work enviorment would of been fine except for the ringing of the phone, my lo wouldnt be able to sleep.

@MrsTiz: I definitely didn't mean to be discouraging! It's totally doable, but I just wanted to give you a realistic idea of what having a newborn is like for most people! It's a big adjustment. If I had to go back to work in an office with her, I could have, but it would take some time to find a good balance. I think the advice to get a sling/carrier & swing for the office are great tips. You can find swings pretty cheap on NBD. Sadie could sleep through a phone ringing, but a headset is a good idea just in case.
