Horrible!
I woke up at 3am because I heard someone turn the shower on - I finally got up and saw that no one was in the shower so then I was freaked out that there was a ghost in the house and never went back to sleep!

I woke up at least 5 times throughout the night. I forgot how difficult it is to get a good night's sleep while pregnant.
How was your night?

Pretty good. I woke up 2 times to use the bathroom but that is standard for me. I still feel really tired.

Not great! LO decided it was time to party from 230am-5am, on the eve of my first official day at a new job and needed to be up at 645am! Thanks! She hasn't at a motn wake up in a while, and knowing id be out for most of the day today and wouldn't see her much, I decided to party with her and maximize my time at least, haha.

My stupid stupid cat meowed at lo's door and woke him up at 4:30am. Kid refused to go back to sleep. I am so over the 4:30 am wake ups...Please tell me this ends.....

@swedishfish: thanks for asking! I'm still trying to decide I think . Fell asleep at 11, up at 1, but it was a quick feed. Then she got up between 4 and 4:30 and decided that we were up for the day So not enough sleep, but the sleep I got wasn't bad

Horrible. We went to the zoo last night and I forgot my support belt. Three hours of walking... My back is killing me and I'm havig a hard time getting comfortable to sleep. Chloe woke up at 4 hysterical and it took us an hour to calm her down.
I'm exhausted.

I'd rather not discuss my night... I'm not gonna name names *ahem LO ahem* but last night was worse than the newborn days!

For once I have something positive to write on the sleep boards! LO slept 6:30-4, nursed for less than 10 min, and is currently still sleeping. So I'm feeling pretty good!

Not bad at all! Lo sttn (!!!) and didn't wake up until 5:45! I woke up a couple times but not fully. My neck and shoulders have been killing me the last few days and it's bad at night

Pretty good! Woke up twice to use the bathroom but that's the norm. R woke up at 6:30 and I gave her milk/changed her diaper then put her back in her crib to play while I fed the dogs...I came back 5 min later and she was asleep! Soooo I went back to sleep. This NEVER happens!...and she's still sleeping (it's 8:50!).
(I'm totally not trying to brag and most nights I sleep like crap because of my stupid throbbing varicose vein--sorry to all the tired mommas this morning!)

I actually slept the best I have in days - thank goodness! And DD slept from 7:30 until we woke her at 6:45, so wins all around

Oh my gosh what was the deal last night? It looked like IG was full of non-sleeping HB babies. My night was actually awesome. Maybe my babies sucked up all the good sleep from everyone else's good sleepers.

not great- didn't fall asleep until 11ish, then M woke up a few times and I had to go lay with her, and I was just uncomfortable all night. Really wishing I would have bough her a full size bed instead of a twin so I could fit more comfortably in her bed with her, buttt I didnt know she'd need me to sleep with her!

@lawbee11: *applause*
Terrible!! DS kept sitting up and just screaming and saying mah muh muh muh muh. We quit nursing MOTN for awhile and I made DH get up and make DS a bottle. He took 2 oz and was still upset so we gave him another 2oz and then he went to sleep. Only to wake up shortly thereafter. Changed his diaper and he slept better (it was wet only). No idea what's going on!!

I slept awful! I have a lot weighing on my mind. E and N both slept great. Speaking of which I need to go get N up for the day. E is presently back to sleep after he nursed and we played in bed this morning.

It was good... We pass out around 10... But these days DH has to get up by 6am to commute to class. What I should do is get up too and have tons of time to do tons of stuff, but instead I rather keep sleeping even tho it's not a very good sleep, for another hour or so.

@Ash: E woke up three times in like 4 hours I'm so tired I decided to work at home because I probably should not operate a vehicle. Maybe it was a happy I'm sixth months old today Momma? How about C?

@MrsH: very similar! I think he was up 4 or 5x... And he also stayed awake from 3 to 5... That was fun! I don't know what the heck he's celebrating!

Better than the few nights before, but still not great. Fia slept pretty well until 4am, but then was just sort of up. I fed her and put her down, she fussed until 5 and then fell asleep until 5:30. Fussed and drifted in/out until 6:30 and then was up for the day. Luckily hubby took her at 6:30 so I got to sleep another hour then. But seriously what is with the wanting to be up at 4am??

@Ash: @MrsH: OMG SERIOUSLY! what was that last night? are these babies conspiring against us? Happy 1/2 birthday E!!!! my girl had absolutely nothing to celebrate, but she learned to clap this week so maybe she wanted to applaud E's 1/2 birthday? and she was up from 12:30-2:30, so not even in time to party with your LO @ash

Worse than usual! Dd was up at 2:15. She is starting to crawl and kicks all over the bed, I think she woke herself. She put herself to sleep about 3:15 and then we slept until 730. So tired though!

Ok. I actually slept longer than normal, but was up earlier than normal too, and I'm still groggy.

I went to bed around 11 and I fell asleep almost right away, but I was awake from 3am-4:30am, which sucks because I get up at 5:30am. I don't know why I woke up but once I was awake, I couldn't stop thinking about stuff and then it's like a vicious cycle of not being able to fall back asleep!
hostess / wonderful watermelon / 39513 posts
I had great sleep between 11-6.
@lawbee11: yay!

@grizz: isn't he just the World's Best Sleeper now? Amazing!
I slept fine until DH came to bed at 1:45am and woke me up. Then my alarm went off at 7am.
honeydew / 7667 posts
@Pirouette: @Ash: bwahaha - total conspiracy. That was very sweet she learned to clap for E's 1/2 b-day not so nice for you though.
pomegranate / 3331 posts
@MrsH: I'll let her know E appreciated it but her birthday is over tonight, so no more wakeups necessary
@Ash: yes, and coordinate that party for 7am or later

Awful, but I'm used to it at this point haha. I haven't had more than 4 hours in a row since DD was born. We're trying to swaddle wean and transition to crib, but it's just not working. It literally feels impossible. The worst part is we're running out of "surfaces" for her to sleep on since her bassinet is too small and she looks really uncomfortable in her RNP, so I've been bringing her into bed with us. That = no sleep for me because I'm constantly feeding her.
