And, if you don't mind, would you consider either pronounciation to be incorrect?

In my head it's "Will-ha-" which seemed closer to the first one you listed. I don't think the other one is wrong but I would be surprised.

I think it's the first. I know this because DH's ex gf is a Wilhelmina model and that's how I've heard it pronounced.

We definitely prefer it pronounced without an "l" but I googled and YouTube says with the "l." So I got nervous, because we aren't into the "younique" naming style. But it sounds like either is fine, and more people might say it correctly.
For what it's worth, we'd call her "Willa"

I have a friend with that name. She pronounces it "Willa-meena".
