They all look fine to me but I would probably default to the Disney spelling of Dory just because it is relatively recent in my mind.

I was also thinking Dory the fish so I would avoid that if you don't want the association. Otherwise they all seem good to me!

dori - just looks feminine and reminds me of lori - i like lori too.

Dory reminds me of the actual fish variety (John Dory) that I guess the disney character was named for so would probably go with an alternative spelling like Dori

Dory like on Nemo, like others. I also thought Dori because it looks more feminine and modern I guess.

I immediately think Dory, but for a person's name, I'd go with Dori. I normally favor the "ie" ending for little girls, but somehow it seems awkward.
Also, I had an aunt Dortie (short for Dorothy). Wonderful lady. Thanks for reminding me of her!
