I'm so proud of us! DH and I just joined the gym!! We have our first session with a trainer, to design our programs, on Thursday evening. While planning our goals tonight, I was shocked by how much weight we both need to lose to be in the healthy range. 2.5 stone for me, 4 stone for DH. Ouch!

Eventually, I want to swim every morning before work and go the the gym or a class every night - but we'll see how it goes!!
