I was moving the iPad out of LO's reach and accidentally whacked her in the head with it. She has a little bump :(. We both cried.

C face-planted off the couch a few days ago while I was sitting right there.

I set E down in the bouncy chair without strapping him in while I refilled my coffee. Walked away for maybe 30 seconds, and ran back because he was screaming his head off. He'd squirmed out of the chair and managed to get his head stuck underneath it.

Accidents happen, and this isn't a bad one. Just give her some extra loving today to help offset your guilt! =)

You aren't terrible, you're normal!
I laid my son in the swing for 30 seconds and he rolled right out of it, fell 2 feet onto the hardwood floor and was hysterical. I didn't strap him in since it was literally for a few moments. Yikes.

That's not terrible, it's an accident.
DH was holding LO and he was cryng frantically and LO threw his head back and slammed it against the door frame. Accidents happen.

I agree with everyone else, accidents happen!
Just last night DH was playing with LO and gave her one of her new toys. She proceeded to immediately smack herself in the face with it and started wailing. He felt awful about it.

Aw, it was an accident. Don't feel bad bc she probably already forgotten about it. My boys have had so many accidents I lost count. You're a great mommy for caring!

Aww that's okay. I dropped my bb torch on her head when she was 1 month old. I felt awful, but she only cried for a bit.

Well, she survived the rest of the day She did end up with a pretty big bump, so I let her nurse extra long this afternoon. Thanks for all of the encouragement!
