So, after the OB casually mentioned my enormous weight gain over 4 weeks (ooops), I decided to do something about it. I'm eating better (more healthy foods) and I decided I would try some prenatal yoga I saw on Netflix streaming. UGH - Awful! A. I have no flexibility. B. My wrists ache when I lean on them and C. I just...hated.every.minute of it! It was uncomfortable and not something I'm used to doing.

Does anyone else hate exercise as much as I do? What do you do to combat it?
