DH is turning 23 in a couple of weeks, and I have no idea what to get for him. Help?

I don't have a lot of money to spend (although I really wish I did).
He doesn't really like sports.
He doesn't drink.
He doesn't like a lot of typical "guy" stuff.
He is kinda picky about clothes/shoes/everything.

He recently lost 20 pounds.
He loves to read (especially non-fiction, history, etc) but I have no book wish list from him and I don't really know what to get.
He is obsessed with LO, and an amazing dad.
He works a ton. Six days a week, long hours.

Sigh. I have no idea. Somebody help? Feel free to ask questions if you need more info to come up with ideas.
