None of that healthy cake business . I want a really amazing chocolate cupcake recipe to make for E's birthday. I feel like they always fall a little flat in my expectations. And you know how sometimes cakes don't make the best cupcakes? Yeah, hate that. Nothing with so much coffee it tastes mocha-y, either, please!

I'll use swiss meringue buttercream for frosting. So not a super duper sweet frosting, but it looks the best, for sure.
