I'm just incoherently ragey right now. The Indiana abortion bill is so much worse than I realized. I don't understand how ANYONE, pro-life or choice could support this. Are you fucking kidding me. If I lived in Indiana (and this law had been in place at the time) when I miscarried, I could have been penalized for not fishing it out of the fucking toilet and taking it to a funeral home or hospital. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS?!?!?

"So even if a woman has a miscarriage at eight weeks of pregnancy at home, under this law she could be required to keep the blood and tissue, take it to a hospital, and have it buried or cremated by a funeral home..." (http://www.patheos.com/blogs/lovejoyfeminism/2016/04/what-everyone-is-missing-about-the-indiana-abortion-law.html)

I want to do a blog post on it but I'm pretty sure it would just be a lot of cussing and spluttering angrily. I'm just hoping that if the whole thing isn't overturned in court, at least surely someone can find a solid loophole in this part to protect miscarrying women. Just. Wtf.
