soda! more specifically, i quit diet coke. my last drink was saturday, i have drank nothing but water since then. i probably should have picked a different wk to attempt this, PMS is not kind to my energy level & i want caffeine so badly, but i've made it this far! i don't plan on giving it up forever (but i don't want to ever drink it like i was!), but i'm a terrible water drinker and felt like the amount of it i was drinking was unhealthy. i used to look at it and in my head the guy from brokeback mountain would be saying, 'i wish i knew how to quit you'
this quitting thing is harder than i thought! any tips? anyone else wanna quit with me??
i could go for one of those about now.... (but i won't because i have to go back to work later). in my defense, i'm pretty sure i offered your pregnant self some of my mimosa once (which you politely declined), so i fully support people in their questionable choices if you ever want to steal my hypothetical DC in the future to have a little
i was thinking now that i'm one week in on this, i should cut sugar next, blah, i don't want to though. i'm going to make an effort to significantly cut back this wk though.
