@mrssquirreld: i'm really annoyed too i had maybe the shortest LH surge ever and i honestly dont even know if that was enough to make me O bc the two temps i did take did not spike, they declined. i cannot continue to BD anymore im too stressed and tired! why did we stop!!!

@mrssquirreld: i'm at that point now too - i just want this cycle over so i can get back to normal - i dont understand how long my cycle is turning out to be at this point, this is ridiculous, i'm at CD28 right now and no O - i should be days away from AF not still waiting to O!

public service announcement: DO read your OPKs exactly after 5 minutes. not 10, not 15 - look below at the progression of the OPKs i took this morning. Dipped in the same urine - and confirmed by digital OPK to be negative. Only after 15 min - a negative turned positive - but I know it was negative. Top is after 5 min, middle 10 min, bottom 15 min - careful people! This is why you need a digital to confirm.

@mrssquirreld, @chibee: @ladybee had the same thing happen to her two cycles ago...stopped charting to relax and her whole cycle went wonky. You can start temping (even if you didn't before) to start getting a gauge of where you're at.

@runnerd at some point you have to say to yourself, this isn't helping - and distract yourself with something else - i've gotten to that point many,many times through this process.

So i had mon & tues off from work and today is my first day of work this week. I found out my coworker friend got her BFP through stalking her chart on Friday - how horrible is it that I am avoiding her? I can't take it, I feel so frustrated with my cycle and I just feel like I can't handle it right now.

i am feeling down in the dumps!!!

For the love of OPK's something got messed up with them this month...i usually start to get a progressivly darker line starting at CD 8-9 and las cycle i O'ed at CD14 and the one before was CD17. Well i got a progressivly darker line starting at CD6, Friday night i got the darkest line, but not positive, i had a crazy day saturday and wasnt able to POOPK until Sunday late and by that time the line was a lot lighter and has progressivly lighter all week...so it is possible i O'ed on Saturday...we started DTD on CD 7 and have continued every night expect Saturday...i wish we had the glowing bully when we O, so we never miss it...

ontop, i have to go to BDay for a pregnant SIL that is just as far as long as i should be had i not M/C...ready to crawl into bed and have it be tomorrow!!!

@Mrs squirreld: I think they are. I just came home and looked at all the OPK's for the last week and they actually look progressively darker. I think the OPK's are messing with my head after telling myself I wasn't going to stress this month. Epic fail!!!

@chibee: sorry it's been so difficult for you. Hopefully you get a positive opk soon.
@mrssquirreld: just keep charting until you get your period. This is why I've never considered not temping because it would drive me nuts not knowing what was going on. I hope your temp goes up again soon! Thanks for the good wishes on my chart. Given being really sick pretty much the second week I figure I probably am out this cycle and probably screwed up my ovulation, so I'm thinking I'm out but I'd love to be wrong and for you to be right!
@mrscastro: I think you probably o'd when you missed your opk...and it seems like you've bd'd well, so now just wait and see.

@chibee: I'm sure it's just tricking me as normal...always pretty charts and no bfp lol. I looked at yours and perhaps you're close to o'ing. When it goes down a lot for me it usually means I'm about to o. Crossing my fingers for you!

@chibee: ugh how frustrating! hopefuully you control your anxiety about OPKs better than me! I totally get the to O before day 20 wish. I hate that I get more like 8-9 shots a year

@runnerd: oh i definitely am not controlling my OPK anxiety - at one point i was testing 4 times a day, I calmed down from that but it's still bad. How great would it be to have a 28 day cycle??

@chibee: thank you! I think you should definitely talk to your doctor about the long cycle and see if you can't prevent that from happening again.

@MrsCastro: look at those!!!! BD time it's so funny how we all worry about whether we have a positive OPK or not, then it's positive, there's no doubt!!

@MrsCastro: Your dh sounds very sweet! Whet would we do without them?

@mrssquirreld: it might be because you didn't record your temps earlier in the cycle?? your temps could have been significantly lower cd9-21 or so, meaning your temp could have already had its spike and elevated at cd25 when you started recording ur temps again, which would lead FF to not pick up on the elevated temperature post-o. but then again, i'm at cd32 and havent even had a single positive OPK yet so...

oh yeah, i took back that one positive OPK i thought i had earlier in my cycle - i think i looked at the test too late and it turned color... so im still sittin here waiting for that elusive LH surge. so, so frustrating.

@mrssquirreld: if this cycle goes past cd55 or so i am definitely going to give my obgyn a call also - i hate not knowing what's going on with my body. with the recent pregnancy announcements literally all around me i just feel like crawling into a hole and hibernate for the next 6 months. i think this is the most frustrating thing i've ever done in my life.
