Ever since my morning sickness stopped, I've been having a pretty easy pregnancy. Like, really, can't complain. But this weekend, I had a not so great girls weekend turned drinking weekend (not awesome when you are seven months pregnant and drinking water all weekend), had a terrible travel day back, got in after 2 am, and to pull it all together, my ankle bones are practically gone. My feet are so swollen I can feel it when I flex or point my toes. I know it's a combo of all the flying, and just generally not eating so great with lots of salty foots, and being on my feet a lot more than usual, but it's gross and I want my feet to look and feel normal!

So, in addition to listening to my vent, any advice on making swollen pregnant ankles and feet better? I've got my feet up, but they are still below my waist because who can sit with their feet higher than their waist? Trying to drink a lot of water today but it feels like an ice bath would be really nice.

And, DH wins major points. He won't even let me call them cankles, because it's only because I'm pregnant. We settled on pregles or prankles. Love him.
