So I bought this pedometer which turned out to be fancier than I expected. It's like a Nintendo Wii remote, in that it can sense when you move at night. You can even use it to keep track of your sleep quality. So I wore it last night, and synced it this morning when I woke up!

Here are my sleep stats!

You can see how around 4 am, Charlie was crying b/c he had filled his diaper and I tried to change it but he didn't want me to. That battle lasted for an hour, and then he threw a huge tantrum and now we're up together. It's kind of interesting to see just how interrupted my sleep is... and by interesting, I really mean kind of depressing.

Now I kind of want to stick this sleep monitor on the kids and see how well they are sleeping!
