@Mrs.Someone: oh no, oh no. I'm so sad for you. I was so hoping you didn't have to do this again. Please reach out if you need-you were so kind to me. Lots of strength and hugs being sent to you and your DH

Thanks everyone, I really do appreciate the support. We're going to take some time to heal and figure out what is going on.
Sorry to threadjack, I just couldn't bear putting this anywhere else, as I'm sure most of you understand...

@Mrs.Someone: I don't think you need to apologize. Sending healing, physical and emotional, your way. You're not alone, lady.

My latest update is that we are going ahead and doing IUI #4. I saw my current RE yesterday and feel better about my relationship there. She was patient and receptive to my questions and we are making a couple of changes. I am going to do 4 vials of Menopur (yikes!), at least during the first few days. She is increasing my estrogen patch and I am taking an oral estrogen supplement. She also promised to do more frequent monitoring as we near CD 11-13 to see how my follicles are progressing. She feels they grow slowly at the first part of my cycle and then suddenly increase quickly and release eggs. She also verified on the calendar that my likely O date/IUI will not fall over the weekend this time, which will also be helpful. I was frustrated however, to realize they had never checked my AMH levels. They are doing a stat order on the bloodwork they drew yesterday to check now.
I am going to see the second opinion clinic tomorrow. I have heard that clinic really makes you feel welcome and cared for. The 1.5 hour drive is a deterrent but I want to see if I would feel more comfortable there if we do need to move to IVF next. Thanks again to all of you who gave advice or support as I was trying to determine what to do this cycle! My HB peeps are the best!!!

@kentuckygirl: Lots of luck to you on this IUI! I think more monitoring is good. I know it can be exhausting going in frequently, but this process is as hard as aligning the stars. So the more you know, and the more they can see, the better the timing can be.
And as for the AMH - yes! Tell them to give you the results on that STAT!
Also, good luck at your second opinion clinic tomorrow. I think that's a smart move too. You really are your best advocate - and I'm sure the appointment will help you make an informed decision if you get to that point.
