I think we'll likely have two kids but I'd LOVE to have four. I had an easy pregnancy, loved being pregnant, love being a mama.
I am one of three but someone was always the odd one out, it was always two against one.

I would still have just my one, no matter how much money I had. But I would adopt 2-3 children - older children whose likelihood of being adopted is slim.

6, I love the idea of a big family. We will be having 2 for sure. DH say's we MIGHT accidentally have a third.

Hard to say, but since losing Q, we keep saying we want a million kids. Before he passed away though, we wanted 3 or 4, so that's probably more likely especially since I'm almost 31 and it seems to take a while for me to get pregnant.

2. I've never envisioned a big family. For me, anything over two kids feels overwhelming. I'm so impressed and in awe of those with 3-4 kids.

@Running Elley: well maybe I should change my answer, I've always wanted 6 so I will say 6! 4 is more realistic (but probably unattainable for us)

Three is all I can handle...and we'll have three in less than two months!

If money was no object... as in, I could hire a full time live in nanny to help and have the space for all of us and still continue to travel & do fun things, then I would have 4.

Still just 2, but I'd love to foster/adopt older children and teens.

I would like to bear no more and adopt two, making us a family of 6.

I wouldn't want to be pregnant again, but I would gladly adopt one or two more making us have 3-4 total.

If we had lots of money i would use it to hire a chef and maid while I was pregnant, so we could have 4 total. I suck at pregnancy. Nausea that lasts 5/6 months and I am SOOOO tired. We are stopping at 2 because i feel badly about having to be pregnant with no energy to play with LO. But, with lots of money I could hire nannies and lots of help

3 regardless of money. I only want to be pregnant one more time. We would consider fostering/adoption in the right situation, but probably wouldn't seek it out.

@Running Elley: my friend married a pretty wealthy guy and she's expecting her 8th baby now!
For us it wouldn't come down to money as the deciding factor, so I'd still say 3 max.

If money were no object? And I could hire unlimited help and never have to worry about their college tuition, etc. I'd have 5.

Hmmmm, maybe 4. I'm one of 4 and I love it. As it is we are pretty set on 2.
grapefruit / 4649 posts
Likely still the 2-3 we are contemplating now. Maybe up to 4, likely through adoption.

I don't know. Some of the main reasones we're done are not related to finances. I worry about splitting my time, attention and energy between 2, let alone 3+. So we'd probably still just have 1...maaaaybe 2.

We would still just want 2 kids, no matter how much money we had.

@HLK208: I'm with you on this one! I plan on having up to three, but might settle at 2. As it is right now with my first kiddo I'm scared at the idea of having a second.

I think 3 or 4. For me it's more about age than money, so it would really depend on how long it would take me to get pregnant. I'm almost 31, and I'd personally prefer to be finished having kids by the time I'm 36-37.

4... I'm one of 4 and love it!!
We will probably only have 2 though. Maybe 3

If time AND age were not a factor, I'd have 3. Plus my 2 stepkids that's 5 total - Christmas would be really fun!

I would want 4. But that would only be in a true "Money is no object" situation---like, I could afford to have a decent amount of outside help (someone other than my husband). Because we're old so I'd have to have them all in quick succession.
I'm one of 6 and I think big families are fun. But my body hates pregnancy and we live in a $$$ area. BOO. We're definitely having 2. MAYBE 3 depending on how 2 goes.
