I'm 2.5 stone overweight and, for the past couple of years, I've been feeling the power fading from my legs. They feel so weak now, sometimes I feel like my legs wont lift my weight + 15 week old S in her car seat up the steps to my house.

Is this normal for someone carrying extra weight and who is very unfit? Or should I mention it to my doctor?

(FYI, I have started at a slimming club and am trying to start exercise when I can. I've got a long way to go!).
