Do you buy jeans with an elastic waist or do you buy them with the button you have to actually button to close?

The ones fro Gap have both, buttons in the front and elastic in the back.

Overalls fan here! Lengthwise 3-6 pants fit him but are too big around his waist....and then smaller are too short. Not helpful, I know!

Those are nice, and I like elastic too. Be warned, if you cloth diaper, these can be near impossible to find. If I find something that fits in the trunk, they're 5 inches too long in the legs.

we use the ones that have the adjustable waist. but they button and zip in the front

I haven't bought LO jeans yet, but I imagine I'll want elastic. I'm way too lazy to deal with a button on a squirmy baby, plus it just doesn't seem as comfy.

I buy baby Gap ones. They have elastic on the waist and snaps on the front

We buy OshKosh B'Gosh because they have the adjustable waist and still snap/zip in the front.
