I just took another, you will only absorb what you need & pee out the rest of most vitamins, or so I have heard.

If I can't remember then I don't take another. Missing one day isn't going to cause problems.

@FliegepilzHut: I had to get one of those weekly pill things to make sure I took it. I was so good totally on my own before DS, but my mind no longer has the ability to hold things like that inside...
I don't think it's a problem either way, really.

@FliegepilzHut: I am so glad I am not the only one who forgets. While I was pregnant, I ALWAYS took it. Now? Like 80%, my OB isn't particular about much she is very particular about me taking them even in the interim.

It depends when I remember or realize I've forgotten. I hate to take a prenatal on an empty stomach too...so sometimes I take it and sometimes I skip it. Last night I actually forgot, so I took it after breakfast this morning. I hear ya about your brain not working once you have kids!

I have the gummies and I take them right when I get up each morning so I don't forget.

I miss here & there. It's not like I don't eat food that has nutrients in them so I don't sweat about it!

I miss once in a while. I don't stress about it.

I take mine right before bed, so if I forget, it's likely the next day already, haha. I usually just skip it in that case, but sometimes if I'm pretty sure I didn't take it, I'll take it in the morning and then go back to taking them at night.

I think you are actually not supposed to take another (I read about this at one point haha). I just skip it.

And just like that, I can't remember if I took it or not this morning. I think I did. But now I'm going to take another to be sure.
