@yoursilverlining: Really... with how many people refuse to give their info to the actual police, what makes anyone think they'd just hand it over to random people in the park. In fact, even if it were my kid, I hope s/he wouldn't just give our information out like that.

I wouldn't do anything. Pot is legal here, so it's pretty common.

ETA: I might be a bit annoyed because they shouldn't be smoking pot around kids, but I don't think I'd say anything to them unless they were like in the middle of the big toy or something. In that case, I'd ask them to move.
