Before pregnancy, I would have changed my inner thighs and muffin top.
After pregnancy, I would change my lower abs and back fat.

@MsLipGloss: I feel you on teh feet. My toes are mega long so I wear a size 10-11 shoe which is really annoying because some shoes look terrible, others are just impossible to come by. I wish I had size 8 feet.

Stretch marks on my boobs. I didn't even get any belly stretch marks during my pregnancy, but puberty wreaked havoc on my chest. Obviously, people don't exactly notice (ha!) but all things considered, I wish they weren't there!

Cellulite on my thighs I'm naturally pretty slim, but just can't get rid of it. Thanks, genetics. It's the one thing I really don't like about my body.

The bone structure in my face. I want a more pronounced chin, a less pronounced nose, and more visible cheekbones.

I'd like a chin. I feel like I look like Kenneth from 30 rock...

@petunia354: ohhh I think I have this. I call them sad knees. They're like boneless and droopy

Breast reduction without a doubt. They are just too damn big for my body. Always have been and they just keep getting bigger. I was a large C when DH and I met and now I'm an F. I'm 5 feet tall!!! I hate it.

I would want to get rid of the grey hair and have it never come back Coloring is such a pain.

My skin, I've had bad skin my entire life (well, from puberty) and I could seriously do without it at this stage in my life

In the past, I could have listed a whole lot of things that would make me feel better about myself. In the midst of IF, I've gained a good chunk of weight, its not that I don't care, but all I really want if for my body to get pregnant!

@charmed: @rachiecakes: DITTO! I think arms are just so hard! I've even had a PT tell me the only way to get them smaller would be to lose overall fat. OK - so even at my lowest weight ever, wedding weight, as a teen - arms were basically the same size.

@Arden: that might still happen to some bits for you. If I remember correctly you're still young - most people's facial features change until they are closer to their 30s.
For me currently its my boobs, they used to be so perky but now they look sad with all the weight loss after nursing.

I've always wanted a flatter belly. No matter how in shape I am I always have a little pooch. (and I don't even have kids yet! I imagine this will only get worse.)

I regularly wish on shooting stars/wishbones/numbers on the clock (11:11)/etc to be 5'3". If I could only grow 3 more inches I'd never care about the other less-than-perfect parts of my body.
As an aside, @Danizaur: have you ever talked to your doctor about your breast size? I'm 5 foot as well and can't imagine functioning with breasts so large. I'm thinking of some other women who started having back issues and needed a reduction for medical reasons. Maybe if a doctor deemed it necessary insurance would help cover it, so it wasn't "cosmetic" anymore?

I love to have silky smooth skin. I don't have acne issues but have teeny red bumps on the back of my upper arms and my thighs. It's not very noticeable (especially when I have any tan) but I've always been self conscious about it.

@plantains: @mrs.lipgloss: this! I wear a size 12 and have really high arches and insteps, so even if it does come in my size, it's not comfortable or it looks funny.
Everything else that I don't like, I can theoretically control with diet and exercise.

No more cellulite or a more defined jaw line. Not sure which one. As much as I hate my cellulite, I hate that I often have a double chin in pictures because I do something funny with my head and my jaw line isn't very define. Maybe I just need modeling lessons for that one.

I wish I had better feet! I have bunions and they hurt, and surgery is very painful and involves way more healing time than I have available.
Genetics + running + waiting tables = bad feet

I wish I had a flat stomach. Even before the kids my stomach had a little pooch. I would basically have to look emaciated everywhere else to have a flat stomach. And now after kids, it's probably impossible!

My legs are absurdly short. (My torso is long to compensate.) I would give myself longer legs.

@plantains: me too, I'm in the same boat. And while I'm not happy with my waist size, I know I can fix it with diet and exercise. I can't change my size 10-11 foot!

I just wish I held my fat differently. I actually like leg and thigh fat; I think it looks feminine. But I hold all my fat in my midsection and I think that it looks manly. Even if I lose a ton of weight, I still have a little fat pooch that I hate on my stomach.
