What would it be? We have an older house so of course there are TONS of things I want to change. If I could choose one though, I would want a master bath, or at least a bathroom upstairs by the bedrooms. I have to walk downstairs a few times a night to use the bathroom. This is going to be a huge bummer once I am pregnant again!

another bathroom! we live in a tiny 3 bed 1 bath ranch and we really need at least a 1/2 bath but would love another full bath!

I'd get rid of the carpet upstairs. I'd much rather have hardwood!

I would have to say that I wish they had kept more of the original details when they remodeled before we bought it. It is almost 100 years old, but totally gutted a few years ago so from the inside you would never know it!
@Bao: Our last house was like that. Now that I am pregnant, I cannot imagine having to do downstairs every time I had to pee at night!

I wish we had central air! I think I could get over all of the other problems this house has if we had a/c! It gets so hot in DS's room during the day and I feel so bad that he has to sleep there for his naps.

I'd add a second bedroom. We LOVE our neighborhood and have done a lot of work on our condo, but it's a one-bedroom, so we have to move.

I'd get rid of the condo board and almost alll the neighbors.

I would double the square footage...or triple. We're in a pretty tiny apartment at the moment.

Our house is pretty well done as we would like it, but I'd rip out the carpet on our stairs and replace it with beautiful hardwoods and a stair runner. I'd also seal the travertine tile.

I'd want a bigger yard and a basement. Otherwise, can't complain.

The need for a cat litter box - there is never a good place to put one! Keep the kitkats, but lose the box!
