@twodoghouse: I was really worried about this, too, but my daughter adjusted beautifully She stayed home with me 24/7 until she turned 2.5, then we started preschool (2 mornings a week for 2.5 hours, so total of 5 hours away from me each week). It did wonders for her socialization and even though I was so worried about how she would adjust, she did very well! So don't worry too much
