I went to my PCP last week and the nurse looked a bit shocked when I answered "August 2012" to the "last period" question. LO is almost 10 months old and no sign of her....

First period was at 9.5 months and the second was 45 days later. So she's back, but definitely not regular yet!

My LO turns one tomorrow and I haven't had one! I keep thinking it will be soon though... not looking forward to that!!!

Lol the nurse at my appt had the same look when I said November 2012 at mine last week. 6 1/2 months PP and still no AF. One of the only silver linings to having a baby that still nurses overnight.

Almost 7 months and no sign of it. Like @lawbee11: the silver lining to getting up to feed Lo every night. My sister went over a year pp and I kind of expect the same.
If c decided to STTN and that made af come back, that would be ok too.

12.5 M PP; he was STTN by 9M and only nursing 3X a day at 12m.

I'm at 12 months now... no sign of AF. I'm starting the weaning process though and down to two feedings a day.
With N, I weaned at 11 months, and AF returned 2 months later around 13 months!

We're at 11 months and counting.
My mom didn't have periods at all the whole time she nursed - me for 3 years and my little sister for 4! We also coslept though, and I think that had something to do with it. I hope mine stays away the entire time I'm nursing! -
We co sleep and my LO still nurses twice a night and has never sttn at ten months! You guys are making me even madder!

B is almost 7 months and no sign yet. She's been STTN since about 1 months so I'm surprised it's stayed away this long. I have a stretch of 10-12 hours with no feeds. I really want to start TTC again so I want it back. I think I'm going to go back to work in APril and I work split shifts. I think it will come back then as I won't be able to feed her that often with my dumb shifts.

Once we moved her into her bed and she started STTN, so right around a year.

At 21 months I found out I was pregnant so no AF and hadn't had one before. Haven't had AF in a really long time.

With my first, 9 months, now not yet at 12 months.

after i weaned during the day. LO was just a few days over 1 year old.

I actually never got my period back. My last period was August of 2011. When my son was 15 months old, I conceived again, without ever having a cycle. It's pretty funny to think how long I might actually go without ever seeing AF.
