Sometimes if I fall asleep putting down Charlie, I will be up until 3 am or later! Then if he wakes up early, I am in a lot of pain and really wishing that I hadn't drifted off the night before!
If you fall asleep while putting down your LO, does it ever hurt your sleep later that night?

Luckily I can nap late at night and it doesn't affect my night sleep.
Pregnancy has me waking up every 2 hours or so to pee though -.-

Nope! I always fall asleep putting DD to bed, but I sleep fine afterward. It's great getting that extra hour of free sleep in!
