My switches sides, but it's usually stronger in the right. I think I've figured out I get it at the end of ovulation. We conceive lo the night I had my pains. It was just one lucky shot that month.

Mine is always on the right side. Sometimes it will last for an hour, sometimes I have pain for a couple of days.
The funny thing is when I got pregnant with LO, I felt pain on the left side for the first time and just knew something was up.

@MrsMccarthy: I get it every month, usually about 3 days before O, every day until and including O. It switches sides each month.

That MUST be what I am experiencing, Iv been having very light cramping/pinching intermittently for the past couple of hours and I'm only 2 dpo, I shouldn't be feeling anything yet from implantation.

@CatchAFallingStar: Same here! My pains were really bad last night, so I think I o-ed then and, today, I am a bit sore but thats about it.

I'm feeling it now, so I thought I'd reply. I get it on the same side(left) every month. I always thought is was supposed to switch, but I think it's normal to have a dominant side. The pain usually lasts for a few hours and goes away. I've noticed I get it about 12-14 hours after my positive OPK.
