depends on the restaurant, but generally cheese enchiladas with beans and rice is my general go to order, unless their vegetarian fajitas include veggies other than just onions and peppers in which case that's my choice! or tacos, esp soft corn tortillas. basically, if it has a combo of black beans, cheese, sour cream, and guac, i'm the happiest girl on the planet
