I have a sweet tooth and the urge to make something, but not sure what. I don't have anything convenient in the area of sweet snack, so will need to make it. What is easy and quick?

My guilty pleasure sweet snack is Nutella...either on a slice of bread or as a dip with a handful of animal crackers.

"IF" you get the sudden urge to make a sweet snack? I'm more along the lines of "WHEN" you get the sudden urge to make a sweet snack. I second @lovehoneybee 's suggestion of Nutella. It's great even by the spoonful.

@mrs.shinerbock: YUM. Thanks. I actually like peanut butter better than speculoos so that's good to know.

@Pepper: I made that one last night! 34 weeks pregnant, toddler who took 2 hours to fall asleep, and DH out of town provided the perfect storm of needing chocolate cake asap. It's actually pretty decent, but has to be horrible for you. I did 2 Tbsp of coconut oil instead of 3 Tbsp veg oil, and it was moist and sufficiently tasty.
