Too bad the PBK teepee is like over $200...I think it would be such a fun gift that LO would love for a long time!

We are hoping to stay around here for her budget. I have spent about $15 on craft supplies, $7 on a book she will love, and then I need to find one really good "santa" toy. I have a few winter things she needed that I have stuffed in the closet that I will wrap up (a pair of $6 boots and a new hat/mitten set).

That's about what our budget is per kid (let me tell how hard that is when they're pre-teens!) I follow I am that lady on facebook and she posts some really great deals.
So far we have M&D wooden food, slippers, and a Baby Alive Doll that I scored for $13 from the facebook lady above.
No clue about the older ones!

That's honestly how much I plan to spend on our daughter for Christmas and birthdays; maybe a little more (around $150)--that's what our parents always spent on us. If we wanted something more, like a fancy electronic, we would have to chip in for the remainder ourselves. Daughter won't be born this Christmas so I'll say what I would get her next year (10 months)...a stroll-along walker, an outfit for her soft doll, some soft toy food, bath toys, an outfit for her, and a book or two
