I had brown spotting with my first pregnancy and that ended in very early M/C. I also had some lighter brown spotting the second time around (current pregnancy, I'm 24 weeks tomorrow) and it is going fine!

No spotting with the pregnancy we lost, but spotting with DS and he was fine. (Was deemed probably sex-related. Was told to hold off on the cervix-bumping activity for a few weeks)

Spotting off and on starting 4.5 weeks, pregnancy ended at 8 wks, but still didn't m/c naturally.

I had spotting at 7 weeks and it totally freaked me out, but baby was a-okay.

I had spotting with first pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. My second pregnancy I spotted until week 8 and then from week 35-40 I bled quite a bit. Baby girl is perfect!

twice it ended in early miscarriages. the last time it was fine! as long as it stays brown i think it's fine!

I've had spotting with all 4 of my pregnancies. 2 ended in MCs. With the other 2 I was able to immediately get more progesterone supplementation and both of those babies were/are ok.
ETA: I believe wholeheartedly that if I'd just let the spotting go without insisting on more medication my answer would be very different.

Well....I miscarried one baby but the other baby is currently sitting on DH.

I had brown spotting over several days but the OB nurse said it was probably just a little bit of what would have been shed if I was having a normal period. She said if it turned red to call right away but it stayed brown and now I'm 39 weeks pregnant.

Yup, spotted throughout the entire first trimester - both brown and pink-ish - but baby was fine!

First pregnancy no spotting but had a missed.miscarriage.
Second pregnancy spotting and have a sweet 14 month old. -

Second pregnancy I had brown/pink/red spotting/bleeding and LO is just fine!

I had red spotting with my miscarriages, and I've had both Brown and red with this one. So far, everything looks great, and I'm 11+5

I had some (red and brown) spotting around 22 weeks which turned out to be pre-term labor . . . but it stopped on its own and she baked until 38 weeks!

I think I just had one day of light brown spotting and he was fine.
