did the doctor give you pictures of your insides after the surgery?
My doctor will share pictures with my husband as he explains what he found. I'm a little concerned for him b/c he gets queasy with this kind of stuff! It will be strange to see pictures of my insides.

I'm having it Monday and the doc said he will show me pictures at my post op meeting in two weeks. Maybe google photos to see what he might show you? I feel like most medical pictures you can't really tell what you're seeing

@savanarunner: oh, you can bet I've already looked at the pictures! I can't stop.
Let's hope our surgeries are easy breezy! We'll need to stay in touch and compare notes.

@Happygal: Yes, I can show you mine if you want. They're kinda weird but it's hard to tell what you're looking at, so it's not that gross.

@Happygal: My SO never mentioned the doctor showing him any pics, I am traveling so I will have to ask him.... At my post op he just showed me in the diagram where the endo was and gave me a copy of my surgical notes

Yes! And I got take home copies. I was like "um... thanks?" I didn't get them the day of though, but at my follow up appointment.

Yep. But I don't think they will make your husband queasy - they are too alien for that. I seriously had no idea what I was looking at.

@Happygal - of course after reading I had to start Googling pictures. They're really not that bad! Good luck tomorrow, and yes, let's keep in touch and compare notes. I'm really hoping this will give us some answers and increase our odds

.. then moving on to IUI with injections next month if not pregnant.
