I noticed yesterday that Carter's had some of THE cutest stuff! Where do you shop for your DS?

We shopped alot at Old Navy, Gap, and now TCP... I'm not the biggest fan of Carters but do find some things I like there occasionally.

Infant - Carter's or Target
Toddler - Osh Kosh B'Gosh, Carter's, Target, or Gymboree (outlet)

I get a lot of stuff from Old Navy. It's nicely priced to start with, but I buy a lot of the clearance rack. We have a Carter's outlet near us too that I hit up often. I'm cheap though and like to average <$7 per item, lol.

I got a lot of DS's clothes at Target when he was a baby/toddler. I found it very discouraging that the older boy toddler stuff was the same pretty much everywhere, but Target had some better designs. Old Navy is good for his stuff, now, cause it's cheaper.
He's into angry birds and Super Heroes now, so buying his clothes is really easy.

We've been lucky and have been gifted 98% of his wardrobe. My MIL gets us the best stuff from Kohls - Jumping Bean is the brand I think? I think we'll do thrift shops when we stop getting all the hand-me-downs from friends

Carters and Target. I looooooooooove the Carters cloths for boys this season.

Lots of Carters when he was an infant/young baby.
12 months old - lots of Gap, Old Navy, Janie and Jack. Some Carters fillers.

@Navy_Mommy: Carters is killin me! The summer stuff that they have out is sooooo cute! I was lucky yesterday that they were out of a lot of 0-3 month sizes I would've been in trouble.

Gap, old navy and target now that he's a toddler
It was carters more as an infant and a few nice gap pieces.

Old Navy, definitely. They have a good mix of classic stuff and cute prints ... and you can usually find great deals on clearance. Also Target. I've never been a big fan of Carter's, though, especially as DS gets older.

Target, Carter's, Old Navy. I tend to buy ugly Old Navy stuff for his daycare bin. I figure that if he gets it dirty or gross, I don't care about it because it didn't cost a lot.. I just bought a ton of shorts for LO as well as swim stuff for the summer.

For now, Carter's. They have THE cutest stuff for cheap, cheap, cheap! However, past 24 months/2T, their selection is limited so I'll need to find a new place then.

I go in waves, I like Carters for basics, and I also like when they have their big sales (can't beat graphic tees for $2 for daycare).
My son is decked out in Gymboree, Gap, Janie and Jack and Ralph Lauren. NONE of it is full price, I shop sales and I love TJ Maxx.

A lot of his stuff comes from Carter's or Kohl's by way of grandma. We shop mostly at consignment stores to get good deals.

Carter's, Target, sometimes Old Navy and consignment shops.

@grizz: Carters, but I prefer their items without slogans that look more like mini versions of what DH would wear. I also don't like their mascot "monkey" and other characters.

@looch: I love TJ Maxx too! I've gotten a ton of those Ralph Lauren shortalls/creepers there for a great price

Carter's, Old Navy, Gap & H&M are the big ones. Now that he's out of the newborn size there is pretty much nothing at TJ Maxx/Marshall's anymore but I did go there a lot for sleepers when he was younger. Kohl's (Jumping Beans) is really good for day care playwear.

No DS but if I ever have one, I will still shop at Carter's

@pregnantbee: same here! It seems that newborn and 0-3 sizes are the hardest to escape all the cutesy stuff in too.

Target, Old Navy, Gap - I just got a few things at Gap Outlet for him on clearance that I love.

@grizz: Yes! But we were team green, so we didn't receive a ton of gifted clothing. Whatever we got had ducks all over it, though. Boo.

As a young baby: Carter's (and I do love their PJ's now)
As he got older: Old Navy, Gap, H&M
We don't have it here, but we were gifted a couple Janie and Jack shirts and they are awesome!

Tj Maxx, Target, consignment shops, JCPenney (I did some major stocking up with the button promotion this Christmas. He has tons of basics from there, mostly free with the holiday certificates!)

kohls, TCP, target
mostly though, good will (able to find baby gap and the likes there!)

Carter's, baby gap, and bloomingdales. As he gets older, I plan to look at zara and h&m as well.

I usually shop at H&M and the Gap for DS. I also like Carter's pajamas and white onesies.

Mainly Gap and sometimes Old Navy. And I'll buy a few pieces here and there from Nordstrom Rack/TJMaxx/Marshalls. And Target has some great basics too!

Old Navy, Gap, H&M. I wouldn't spend money on Zara or Mini Boden until they're a little bit older and can wear the clothes longer.
grapefruit / 4110 posts
Carters, but I notice it runs small. Children's Place is great for tall skinny kids, Target is fantastic and Walmart because it is local. I also like the patterned garanimals shorts.
apricot / 468 posts
Kohl's (where I get most of our Carters stuff), Target, and Gymboree. Occasionally, Macy's, too.
pomelo / 5321 posts
Carters and Target. I really liked Walmart's sleepers when DS was an infant.
