No change either time. The second time we had heard a heartbeat and it wasn't until we went in for the NT scan that we found out we lost the baby.
However this time I had sever bleeding due to a SCH and things are fine!

I miscarried at 8.5 weeks and I wasn't really having any symptoms. So no change I guess.

The mc was the most symptomatic pregnancy (of 3 pregnancies now) in those early weeks.
It's so interesting how different this is and can be for each person and their pregnancies, let alone others sharing their experiences.
Hope no mc for you, sometimes the symptoms can be so reassuring and to lose them is worrisome!

I had a missed MC and had symptoms well after I found out I was miscarrying (we waited for things to happen naturally instead of taking medication or doing a D&C). I hope all is well for you!

I had really bad morning(all day) sickness from 6-11 weeks even though the baby stopped growing at 8 weeks. I had no spotting or abnormal bleeding until the day I miscarried at 12 weeks.

With my miscarriage at 6 weeks, my only sign that something was wrong was a few days of spotting. Then I went in for an ultrasound, and there was nothing there. I lost the baby next morning.
I'm sorry to even see this post. I hope everything is ok

I had a very early miscarriage that was preceded a noticeable disappearance of the pregnancy symptoms I had even before my BFP (nausea, cramping, weird cm).

Yes I had very sore nipples and that stopped before I started bleeding. I was very early though only 5ish wks.
With this pregnancy sore nipples also stopped around 7 wks but full on breast soreness started soon thereafter.

Nope - I had no sign that anything was wrong, I didn't have bleeding but i also didn't have a lot of pregnancy symptoms, except sore boobs. This time around, I started getting morning sickness around 5-6 weeks on (i am currently 27 weeks pregnant). hope everything is ok with you!

My symptoms didn't go away until a week or so after I found out I was miscarrying.

My symptoms were never super intense, but I had no significant changes before I went for my 12 week appt and found that the baby had stopped growing. We had seen the heartbeat at 8 weeks.
Hope you are ok!

I had a missed mc at 8w, found out at 10w. Looking back my only change in symptoms was not needing to pee overnight where I had even waking up at least one a night before.

I started spotting on and off and that led to full on bleeding. I had a sub chorionic bleed and unfortunately it led to a miscarriage.

The first one, I noticed my boobs deflated.
#2 and #3, Can't really say. I think it was too early.

My only pregnancy symptom was major exhaustion, and it vanished completely about five days before I miscarried. I definitely suspected something was up. I did a lot of internet searching and found a pretty even split between women whose symptoms vanished and the baby was fine, and women whose symptoms vanished and they miscarried. So it can go either way, but it wasn't a tremendous shock to me when I did miscarry.

Between 2 miscarriages and 1 sticky pregnancy, nothing was consistent. Symptoms come and go when it's so early on, that you can't believe it means anything. Please don't be worried. As long as you aren't bleeding, and haven't gotten any bad news from a doctor, chances are that everything is fine.
