Um, I don't do anything about them, so I guess at home? It's really cheap! Hehehe. But yeah. I've just embraced them.

I do get my hair cut and colored, but it's every 3-4 months and I actually haven't gotten my whites purposely dyed. I can't stand looking at them anymore though. So my next appt I'm going to have my stylist do it, but a balayage job overall so that I can box dye my roots as I need to.

I box dye my mom's whites for her and she loves the cream dye from the Korean store, or the L'oreal roots one with a comb.

I am 29, have dark brown hair too, and have soooooo many white hairs. They really started coming in after LO was born. I dont dye them, I think they help me look older at work Also Kate Middleton doesnt dye hers and shes a princess!

If you are looking to dye, I would recommend looking into how to mix salon quality hair dye yourself, has to be enough how to's on the internet, then picking up hair dye and the developer from Sallys or another retail beauty store. My sister does this with my mom, its cheaper than box dye and better quality, and she literally just mixes dye with the developer in a cereal bowl, paints with a dye brush, and they are good to go.

I have a lot, and I hate it. I dye it at home, from a box, every 6-8 weeks. I use..um. I think it's Garnier? It's a green box, it has bamboo in it, and I use #400 - I just know what it looks like.

I dye my hair using a darkest brown shade. My step sister is a colorist and she recommends Loreal because their formula is similar is to the Loreal brand for professional stylists. I dye my hair at home every 6-7 weeks and just focus on the roots. I've gotten good at doing it at home over the years. Tips include vaseline along the hairline, protecting the surfaces you are touching, nail polish remover to get anything leftover cleaned up, and using the same wrecked towel and shirt each time to prevent extenuating the messes.

I did lighten up my hair at a salon but that's not in the budget right now and DH likes my hair dark. It's hard to be so grey with dark hair! My aunts have all gone blonde over time so perhaps that's in my future.

I hardly ever do anything hair wise so I splurge once or twice a year to get my hair highlighted.
