I have a sister who is 8 years younger and a brother who is 10 1/2 years younger. Most definitely my sister and I are much closer. Just more shared interests and I've basically toted her around as my mini-me all her life! lol

i'm the youngest with two older brothers -- one is 5 years older, one is 8 years older. we're relatively close considering the age difference and that we're different genders. i used to be really close with my middle brother, but after he got married that changed.

I have 3 younger sisters and I'm close with all of them. I would say that the 2nd one is probably the one I'm the most closest with just because we went to school together. While we were out of town, the other two were bonding. But, we are all very close, closer than most usually are.

I am much younger than my 2 brothers. They are 7 and 9 years older. I am closer to the younger of the two, but not because of age. My oldest brother went to college out of state when I was 8 and never moved back. Even now, he lives far away. I never got to know him as well purely out of proximity. My middle brother lived at home until I was 14-15, so we had MUCH more bonding time.

My oldest brother and I are getting closer now that we are both adults with families. We are better about communicating.

The 2nd youngest and I are best, best friends though - we went to university together, were roomies for a while, and now work together. I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters. It's a unique situation though, because both of my sisters are adopted and quite a bit younger (one is about to be 14 and the other will be 9 soon), whereas I'm the oldest child and in my 20s.

I have the best conversations with my oldest brother, but a lot of that may have to do with us being the only two adults thus far. I love all of my siblings and actually spend the most time with my youngest sister, but our relationships are so drastically different from the norm! I feel like her aunt most of the time, tbh.

I think as they get older we'll have more opportunity to be "closer" in the sense that I won't feel like the "aunt figure" so much, but who knows. We'll still be quite far apart developmentally.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: We had such similar answers, but yours was much more concise! haha. My brother is also in college and we have the best convos/very similar personalities.
