do they have kids? how close are they to your kids?
My younger brother and his wife probably won't be ttc for another year or two.... but we can't wait for our lil babes to have cousin(s)! And I can't wait for them to become parents!
My brother and I are super close so I hope we can help our kids be close too, even though they probably won't live in the same state!

Nope. My middle sister recently ended her marriage and my youngest sister is maybe getting engaged soon. It's not likely we'll see cousins from my side anytime soon.
DHs younger sisters aren't in relationships so it'll be a while there too.
Thankfully his older siblings have tons of kids and their kids have kids that are the same ages as ours. DD2 has four first cousins once removed that are within four months of her and DD2 will have two.

I have siblings and 2 of them have kids but we all live in different states so we don't see them often. They get along great though when we do!

My younger sister is not seeing anyone, no kids. She will be 30 this year and I know my parents wish she would meet someone. I always hoped our kids would be close in age, but doesn't look like that will happen.

My older sister has twins 6 months younger than my twins. We live about two hours away and get together when we can. They are all still young, but have tons of fun together. I hope they're close as they get older! I was very close to my cousins growing up and one of those cousins has young children that we see every once in a while as well. It's amazing to see the kids playing together the way we did as children!

We have four younger siblings between the two of us. If my bro and his GF or my SIL and her BF get pregnant it will definitely be unplanned. The rest are way too young and not even in relationships for this to be somewhat of plausible possibility.
I never really looked forward to our own family providing playmates for our kids though.

I have one brother and so far he just has one daughter, who is just a few months younger than my youngest. I know they are TTC right now, so hopefully their family will be growing soon! They made the cutest baby in the world, so I hope they have another one soon! 
That said, they live across the ocean from us, so we don't see them very often.

I have one brother who is 9 years older. He is divorced and has one son. The divorce was nasty and we have seen him maybe four times? He's in 2nd grade.

Brother J: 6 kids
Brother S: 2 kids

Step-Sis A: 5 kids
Step-Bro S: 2 kids

I talk to my brothers online but they live a flight away, so we don't see them. We've all seen each other twice in the past 5 years. Same with my step-sister...I've met one of his children, but haven't seen her (the child) in almost a decade. We're relatively close to Step-Bro S's kids...they like about 45 minutes away, but we only see them a few times a year.
D has 2 brothers, each with 2 sons. One lives 2 or so hours away and we see them every month or two, including a family vacation over the summer. The other lives like a 10 hour drive away, and we see them 3-4 times a year (including the vacation). D is really close to his brothers, though, and their wives are first cousins (nothing hinky), and I'm close to all of them, so we make a big effort. I don't feel the same need with my own siblings.

My 2 older siblings all had their kids at the same time. I started much later and while they aren't close in age, my LO loves his cousins and they spoil him rotten. My youngest brother and his wife might have kids in the next few years, but she doesn't really like our family so we rarely see them, so I don't anticipate our kids hanging out much.

I have a brother who has 2 sons. They live in Seattle and we saw them in June for the first time in 3 years. They are 1 and 4.
My husband has 2 sisters who have 4 boys between the ages of 10 and 17. We haven't seen them since our wedding 5 years ago.

I only have one younger sister but she is not planning on having kids. Fortunately I'm extremely close to all my first cousins on my mom's side. We grew up on the same street, rode the same bus to school etc. and I'm beyond thrilled that my cousins will have babies around my kid's age. Although we live all over the U.S, we all spend the holidays in Puerto Rico at my maternal grandparents house. One of my cousin has a 3 month old baby girl, my oldest cousin's wife is pregnant with a another baby girl due in January and I'm due in May.

I have a younger brother and he's not even dating (that I know of), so I don't think kids are in his future anytime soon.
BIL has 1 son that's 7 years old and the two get along okay. DS is still small/young (2) so there's still an age gap for play time. Nephew is into iPad and DS is into playing outside, with cars and balls, etc.

My two older siblings both have 4 year old boys, but both live 4-5 hour drive away. My older sister is my best friend and our kids love each other- they only see each other a few times a year but we do FaceTime a lot and they actually seem to really love each other. It makes me so happy.
I have two younger sisters, one is married and will prob have kids in the next few years. The other wants to get married and have kids but hasn't met the right guy yet.
DH has two younger brothers. One lives locally and has been living with his GF for a while, probably will get engaged soon then kids within the next several years. Other is single and lives cross country.

Yes, my older sister has two girls: 8 & 5. My younger sister has a girl & a boy: 4 & 2. My girls are 3 & 7 months. So they are all bam bam bam, one of us was pregnant every year for 5 years hahaha 
My oldest niece had a hard time adjusting to me being a mom because I was the "cool aunt" who took them to do the fun stuff, so when I had mom duties she would get jealous. She also is hitting the age where all the other kids are "babies" to her and she doesn't really have a playmate, that's hard.

I have two sisters (2 and 4 years old than me). Our kids go as follows:
Nephew 4.5 (oldest sisters ds)
DD#1 26 months
Niece 22 months (middle sister dd)
Nephew .5 months (middle sister ds)
DD#2 due March
So they are relatively close in age. Its pretty fun right now when we have family get togethers!

My brother's boys are 2 years older and 6 weeks younger than DS. We don't live close by but it's awesome to see them together a few times a year...they have so much fun!

My sisters kids are 8 and 4, and they looooove DS! I 
seeing the three of them together! My brother's wife is due in January so DS and him/her will be 3 years apart. I can't wait for there to be another baby in the family and to see how DS reacts, lol!

My sister is 16 and brother is 13, so no and that better not change! DH's twin sister has a 4yo, but they live 9 hours away. His brothers don't have any (that we know of- the one has been accused of being the dad at least once), and other than accidents from the one I don't see that changing possibly ever.

My younger brother has two kids that are 4 and 6. We see them maybe 6 times a year? My kids are 1 and 3. My sister has two kids that are 13 and 15. My boys adore them and they are so good with my babies.

I have 1 sister, 4 years older. She has 2 kids, an almost 6yo daughter and an almost 1yo son. DD is 2.5. She's super close to my niece but I can see her being really close to my nephew once he's a little older and able to be a better playmate
Our LO2 will be about 1.5 years younger than my nephew, so I'm hoping they'll be close too!

My brother's kids are 14,11, and 6 and they live far away so we only see them once or twice per year.
My sister's twins are 10 months older than my LO and they are 25 min away so we see them a couple times per month.
DH's niece is 29 and his nephew is 4, but they live in another country so we only see them once per year. He has 7 siblings, but only 3 are married/in relationships so we expect a few more cousins in the future.

My sister has two girls that are 2 yrs and 4 months. My DS1 is 3.5 and DS2 if due in January so they are all really close in age. They live on the other side of the country so we only get to see them once a year

Yup! I have two older brothers. My niece and nephews are (2) 12, 9 and 3. They live 8 hours away but we're very close. The older one loves them so much! She is crazy when they're together.
DH has two nieces, 8 & 6 and my daughters love them too.
DH and I are both so happy she loves them so much despite the distance.

DH has an older married brother. No kids yet. They will TTC in a couple years poissbly. Or maybe never. They are career focused. He has a younger sister that is single. No kids.

My sisters are 9+ years older than me, and we ended up having kids around the same time. My LO is the oldest but only by 4.5 months. My nieces are 4, 3, and almost 1 years old. We live only 20 minutes away, and we get together for birthdays and holidays. My kids are closest with my 3 year old niece, and we have play dates often.

One of mine currently has kids who are a few years older. We just had our first, but I hope they will be close and play together once ours is old enough! Living in the same town definitely helps.

Unfortunately, no. We're doubtful that DH's older sister will have kids, but still hope for everyone's sake that she does-- she wants them, but has medical issues that would make it difficult and is recently single. My two younger brothers, 22 and 25, are still a few years out. The 25 year old just ended a 5 year relationship but wants kids before he's 30. I'm hopeful that he'll be having kids or close to it by the time we have our second, in 2 ish years.

My older brother isn't married. We're also super close, so it would've been awesome if the cousins could be close in age. BIL is married but they're probably a few years away from having kids. DS is 7mo.

I have one younger sister, she's 22. She's been in a relationship for 6 years , but she doesn't want kids. She's great with DS, but she's more of a business oriented type of person, not a parent type. Which is okay with me, seeing as how I'm happy if she's happy. My husband has a brother and sister and his sister already has 4 kids, so DS has cousins on that side
