I try to hold it in until I can go somewhere private. But now that I"m pregnant, I don't care. I just let it out!

Pregnant - I just let it out. And if DH is with me, and we're with friends who might say something, we have an understanding that I get to blame it on him

I used to hold it in.... now I can't if I tried. It's embarassing at work!

Hahaha. I can't hold them in anymore! I will be standing in a store and let one loose, then I peer around to make sure no one is nearby. If someone is looking at me, I turn sideways so they can see my big belly. Normally I find women look away if they see me looking around after I've let out a big one. *snort*

Haha. I let it out only if no one is near by. Or else I hold, even while pregnant. I don't recall being any gasier while preggo? Pretty sure I could still hold it.

Oh my god one snuck out on me at work like half an hour ago. I don't think anyone heard but I'm still so embarrassed! I usually try to get to the bathroom first!

Hahaha! Sometimes I'll let one out and if it's a stinker and there are people around, I'll say to my husband "OMG, do you smell that? Gross!". But he always knows it's me.

I could not keep them in while pregnant. I used to keep my office door closed to sequester the stink but then I hated it when people knocked and I had to open the door and let the fart waft out into the world.

I try to hold it but that isn't always feasible. I usually get on my phone and call the weather hotline if I fart at work. That way nobody will pop into my cubical because they think I'm busy. Gives me a chance to air it out lol.

OK this is so funny because I was just thinking about posting a thread about this.
Ever since I have been pregnant I have to fluff way more and sometimes when I am laughing, coughing, or sneezing, fluffs just accidentally slip out! Well, the other day we were at a friend's house and there was a group of 14 of us there and when I was laughing I accidentally fluffed soooo loud, everyone heard it! No one said anything but it sort of got quiet. I was mortified, but there wasn't anything I could do!If I am in public, I really try and hold it in, but if I am at home or if it's just be and DH, I will let it out. He thinks it's really nasty though... I didn't start doing it a lot around him until I was pregnant. I just don't care anymore!

Is it crazy that husband and I still don't fart in front of each other? When we're out in public, I always catch him though ... he'd walk off to somewhere secluded (it always happens at a furniture store) and I notice right away and crack up! The first time he did it, I didn't realize it was him and said, "whoa! can you smell something? it's soooo stinky!" HAHAH!
I try to hold it in. Or be discrete and hope no one walks around me. So far, I haven't been caught!

If I was at work I would try to hold it in until I could get to the bathroom. Otherwise I would let loose. It hurt to hold it in if I didn't have to!
But, when I first came home from the hospital after having lo, I would fart without even realizing I was doing it! I would get up off the couch or bend over and they would just come out. It's gotten a lot better now (3 weeks later) but I still can't hold it in that well.
