I did after DD, but I have no reason to think I will again. My labor with DD was long and hard and included 4 hours of pushing. Once she and the placenta were out, my body was just *done* - so my ute had zero energy left to contract enough to stop the bleeding. My understanding (my heart's deepest wish?) is that second labors are usually faster and less intense than first labors, so I don't have any reason to believe I will be in the same position again.

I had two friends hemorrhage with their first. Friend A did not hemorrhage with her second but friend B did.

Not me personally, but my mom hemorrgaged with me (her first) but not with my brother 3 years later (her second).

No personal experience, but a close friend did with all 3 babes. She ended up putting a piece of placenta under her tongue for her 3rd baby. It helped, dramatically. Obviously, that's not for everyone (not even her, but her doc recommended it).
As a birth photographer, I've seen 2 of my clients who had previous hemorrhages go through birth #2 without. Everything was prepped for it, but it was good.

@autumnlove: Yes, it did. Well, basically! I was on the cusp of it they said.

@autumnlove: I know ... I know! It was a little piece. Her doctor cut a little piece off, and she put it under her tongue. The oxytocin and other hormones get into the bloodstream quickly (like anything taken sublingually), and cause the uterus to clamp down, thus stopping the hemorrhage.
She was comfortable trying it because she was in a hospital setting, and there were emergency protocols in place.
Her first two births had dramatic bleeding afterwards, and this one didn't. Maybe it was the placenta, maybe not?

Yes I hemmoraged but it was directly due to something the doctor did wrong, so I don't expect to have the same problem next time.
@Vegmama: Yes I've seen the placenta trick stop bleeds four times now. I totally think it works, gross as it may sound.

I didn't after my first, but did after my second! No idea why the second one was different, because the labor and delivery in general was a much smoother process.
