Alright.... Beta #2 came back so I'm joining this thread!

How far along are you? 3w5d

How long were you TTC? 15mo, including this month

Any IF diagnosis prior to your BFP? DH has low count and my right tube doesn't reach the ovary

What do you think finally worked for you? The HSG and our vitamin regimen

Symptoms so far? Exhaustion! And sore boobs

How are you feeling emotionally? Cautiously optimistic is my new phrase. I'm trying not to get too worked up or anxious, and just enjoy the fact that we did it!

Have you told anyone yet? My mom, 3 of my friends, and DH told 2 of his friends. Part of me wants to shout it from the roof tops, the other part wants to wait a couple weeks!

*First ultrasound & OB appt 6/5 at 7w5d*

Any IF diagnosis prior to your BFP? We were in the process of testing to determine if/what the issue was when we got out BFP

What do you think finally worked for you? Probably a combination of having an HSG, being on vacation the week right before O, and taking progesterone

Symptoms so far? A little tired, but I've been tired since I started progesterone.

How are you feeling emotionally? Excited and nervous. (@Kelli_Deluxe: I've constantly been thinking "cautiously optimistic" too )

Have you told anyone yet? Just DH and my doctor's office. We're telling our parents on Mother's Day (first grandchild on his side, first grandchild in 10+ years on my side)

For those of you that have told parents/friends already: how did you do it?
We're planning on telling my parents either today or tomorrow, and while I don't feel like doing anything elaborate, I would like to do something besides just blurting out "I'm pregnant!"

@charmed: I agree with Faith! A Mothers Day card would be an easy, cute idea! Addressing it Grandma

The few people we have shared with were via text, over the phone and 1 in person ("You're going to be an Uncle!")

So I ended up just telling them I was going to do the card thing, but I'd already signed and sealed her card and didn't want to mess with it.
We had a family get together today at our house and my parents stayed after to help clean up. We got finished, and DH said something like "so we have one more Mother's Day present for you..." and my mom got all excited and I told them. They're both so excited! (second grandchild, and the oldest is 12 so it's been a while since there's been a baby around!)

We also called DH's parents (they live out of state) and they're excited too. First grandchild for them, and we've already been warned that the baby will be spoiled rotten
